Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. It is your responsibility to provide a shipping address which is correct and able to receive the items purchased. If an item is returned as undeliverable, a corrected address will be required and it will be your responsibility to cover fees for redelivery. The delivery times listed above are estimates and may change during peak holidays season, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable. You can track your order’s delivery status using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Options for Stickers (Domestic US Only)

  • Stamp mail is available as free shipping for all sticker orders, however there is no tracking with this option. If you want to be able to track your order, please select USPS First Class Package rate.

  • Orders over $25 get a free shipping upgrade to First Class Package rate!

  • It is illegal to ship goods internationally via lettermail so this offer is only valid for customers in the US.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Devrose Art LLC is located in the United States of America.

International packages will include proper value declarations on the customs labels, with discrete declarations. You may be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes. Devrose Art will NOT alter or falsify customs declarations.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Devrose Art has no control over these charges, nor can Devrose Art predict what they may be. If you refuse delivery due to extra fees and it is returned to us, we will refund your order when we receive it, after deducting all shipping costs and any further charges we have incurred.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. International shipping estimates can be exceptionally high, so if you are charged a higher rate than the actual cost, we will let you know.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us through the “Contact” form on this website or devrose.artist@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to error on our part or a defective item.

If you order apparel and it doesn't fit, we can organize an exchange with you. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of exchanged item(s).

Missing/damaged order:

Sometimes shipping companies/postal services experience short delays that are out of our control. These are usually no longer than a week to ten days. Very occasionally orders are delayed for longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (domestic), please send us an email and we will help. If the item you purchased arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage and packaging.
